Payment Policy

PRM will invoice upon shipment of your order.

If you are located in the USA or Canada, our payment policy is Net 30 days. Methods of payment include ACH, wire transfer, check or credit card. If you are in Canada, you can remit by check if the check states "U.S. Funds" or "U.S. Dollars", or via credit card in U.S. Dollars. If remittance is via wire transfer, a small wire transfer fee will be added to the invoice to cover the bank's fee to PRM for this procedure. PRM will provide necessary banking information for the wire transfer.

If you are located outside the USA or Canada, our payment policy is Net 15 Days, with wire transfer as the preferred method of remittance. PRM will provide necessary banking information for the wire transfer; the funds must be in U.S. Dollars. A small wire transfer fee will be added to the invoice to cover the bank's fee to PRM for this procedure.

Note: If you remit payment by check and are located outside the USA, the bank branch issuing the check must be located in the USA. For any order originating outside the USA, the preferred method of payment is wire transfer. A small wire transfer fee will be added to the invoice to cover the bank’s fee to PRM for this procedure.

Shipping Options

UPS:
Domestic and Canadian orders for the Britt Jar are usually shipped via UPS. The freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Ground service will be used unless overnight or second day air service is indicated.

U.S. Mail:
If you prefer to have small parts or screens shipped by U.S. Mail instead of UPS or FedEx, please indicate this at the time of order.

Federal Express:
Any item can be shipped via FedEx. Please indicate service level required and provide your FedEx account number to cover your freight charges. Also include a contact name and phone number.
